The project is located at Sector-49, Faridabad, Haryana in theland of Village Dabua and Nawadakoh. Necessary land for this project was acquiredfrom Sri Sat Sahib Housing & Infrastructure Development Company. Initially about 688 Multi-storey Flats of 4Types i.e. 2BHK, 3BHK, 4BHK and 5BHK will be constructed for the members of theSociety and 122 nos. of EWS Flats will also be constructed for economicallyweaker section.
Clearance from Environmental Department, Airport Authority,Forest Department etc. have already been received.
We have got the Building Plan approved from the District TownPlanner(HQ)Haryana, Chandigarh. Accordingly, the construction work of Flats has already started and thework is progressing in a speedy manner. The completion period of the project is 3 years i.e. upto 2016.
